Little Chalet Dressing Bottle

Swiss Chalet Salad


Original recipe makes 4 servings

½ head Iceberg Lettuce

¼ Cup Chopped Parsley

4 oz. Swiss Chalet Dressing



  1. Shred lettuce (preferably by cutting head into quarters and breaking by hand into large salad bowl.)  Lettuce should be as dry as possible.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley.  Pour liberal amount of Swiss Chalet Dressing over lettuce and knead by hand.  Allow to stand a few minutes, letting excess dressing drain to bottom of bowl. 

  2. Serve in small bowls, being careful not to take up excess dressing which may be poured back into bottle to be used again.
